At Ascend Cardio Gear, we stand behind the performance of our equipment and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
